Rada A. Machin is a Principal of The Machin Law Firm, LLC.
Rada has successfully negotiated and settled large lawsuits brought against her clients both businesses and individuals, represented individuals in contentious divorce and custody battles, successfully defended her clients in DUI trials and MVA hearings, and has served as a Court Appointed Attorney for the State of Maryland, representing arrested individuals for initial appearances/bond hearings. Rada has a very high success rate representing Immigrants applying for Green Cards, Citizenship, Adjustment of Status, and I-601A waivers.
