DEFEND YOUR FREEDOM-FIGHT AGAINST YOUR CRIMINAL CHARGE. CALL NOW!
Starting the day I opened an office, clients have asked: “What’s your success rate?”
Back In 1982, I said…heck…I just started! Now when I get asked that question today but my answer 40 years later is, look at my results and read my client reviews.
I defended people during the most stressful, sorrowful, and angry times in their lives: When a federal or state prosecutor has filed criminal charges against them; or they are battling over the custody of their children or their grandchildren or cheated out of an inherited property, or their Trust money mismanaged.
Over the years I was the lead attorney on cases that have received been in the national news. One was United States v. Fredrick George Celani, a case featured on ABC’s 20/20 and mentioned in an article published in The New Yorker magazine, and there is United States v. Larry Cooney, that case was about a convicted felons right to use a firearm to defend himself or another person; Coleman v. Watt a federal court case where I filed a lawsuit against a judge featured on the Phil Donahue Show, and there are others. The reason my clients give me good reviews is because of one word: PREPARATION. Preparation makes a bad lawyer good, a good lawyer great, and a great lawyer greater.
I have fought for my clients since 1982. I have battled with the police, prosecutors, and public opinion within the bounds of the law and in a professional manner. I might have gone overboard when I told a newspaper reporter “There’s a criminal element in the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department” or when I told a reporter that my client – the first female sergeant with the North Little Rock Police Department who was charged with perjury case later dismissed – “would own a fleet of police cars when her case is over”.
