When I first received my drivers license, I was pulled over and searched without legal cause. This violation of my rights has fueled my passion to fight for persons accused of crimes they didn’t commit or defend cases where law enforcement has overstepped their legal authority. This drive continues to motivate me to be prepared in court, fight for my clients, and remain on top of the educational components of my field. This excellence is reflected by the Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) selection to have me co-author a chapter on chemical test evidence in the book Scientific Evidence in California Criminal Cases.
