Seth D. Lubin, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with over 34 years of legal experience, specializing in property tax appeals, corporate law, and data privacy and security. He is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Office of Seth D. Lubin, P.A., located in Weston, Florida. Seth represents high-value residential and commercial property owners in ad valorem tax assessment litigation, helping clients reduce property tax burdens across Florida and the U.S. His deep understanding of property tax law extends to exemptions, portability, special classifications like the Greenbelt Law, and complex assessment procedures.

Seth is also certified in data privacy and security from Harvard Business School, allowing him to advise clients on compliance with national and international regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. As General Counsel for Datasys Group, Inc., he oversees legal and compliance matters for a digital media company, including contract management and corporate governance.
