Robert S Reiff

Robert S. Reiff is a Florida Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer who has over 40 years of experience representing clients accused of DUI, DUI Manslaughter, Vehicular Homicide and other criminal offenses. He has tried over 100 trials in his lengthy career.

Named the #1 most successful DUI defense attorney in a Miami Herald study of those who defend alleged DUI offenders.

Mr. Reiff is the author of the nationally published book, “Drunk Driving & Related Vehicular Offenses,” (LEXIS Law Publishing Company), now in its Fifth Edition, the Florida DUI Guidebook, and he was a contributing author for the book Defending DUI Vehicular Homicide Cases. Mr. Reiff is well-known throughout the Florida legal world as the author of the “LexisNexis® Practice Guide: Florida DUI Law”. Mr. Reiff is also a frequent lecturer on the subject of DUI defense, having lectured in national and regional seminars for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, The Florida Bar, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as well as other professional organizations.

He is a faculty member of the National College or DUI Defense.

He has also authored numerous articles on DUI defense, including “Auditioning For Your Freedom: Combating the Use of Field Sobriety Exercises in the DUI Prosecution” which was featured in the NACDL’s “The Champion” magazine and he writes the DUI Notes column for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
