Alan Leonard Fuchsberg
- Biography
Alan Fuchsberg comes from a family of lawyers and judges and has been practicing law for over 30 years. He works on individual lawsuits as well as class actions. Through his years of practicing law his experience includes civil rights lawsuits and the full spectrum of personal injury actions, including medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death cases. Alan also takes on employment, insurance, antitrust and estate proceedings, as well as cases involving police misconduct and the infringement of civil liberties.
