I am Anthony Grostyan, a Criminal Defense/DUI attorney with more than 23 years dedicated to practicing criminal defense exclusively. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of defending thousands of clients who faced various criminal charges. These include DWI/DUI, assault, drug crimes, gun charges, domestic assault, theft, burglary, and other offenses in both State and Federal Courts.
My commitment to criminal defense is also reflected in my involvement with several professional organizations. I am a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Additionally, I am part of the California DUI Lawyers Association. My professional network extends to the Bar Associations of San Francisco, Marin County, and Sacramento County.
