Ben Hiltzheimer is an experienced trial lawyer who has fought for the accused for his entire career, beginning as a public defender at the nation’s preeminent Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia and now based in North Carolina.
We recognize that a criminal charge — whether it’s a DWI, a drug charge, financial fraud, or first degree murder — is often the most serious and stressful experience in the life of the accused.
