Prior to 2012, spent over 10 years’ professional experience within the “Big 4” global firms, including the Washington National Tax Office of one “Big 4” firm and the New York M&A-Transactions practice of another “Big 4” firm, having significant Director/Senior Manager-level experience. Licensed as both an Attorney (DC) and CPA (DC, FL, LA).

Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
I accept checks, wire transfers, ACH transfers, Zelle, and Paypal payments. Hourly Rates typically range between $175 – $275 per hour depending on the complexity of the project, timing, and overall demands of the matter. Retainers for new clients are required in an amount determined at the outset of the matter and depends on the scope, complexity, and timing of the matter to be handled.
