I have worked in both criminal defense and prosecution. I have handled thousands of cases to resolution. Almost all cases can be resolved in an efficient manner, but when trial is required I am not afraid to go to trial for my clients to present the best arguments for them and get them the best results.

Part of any case is preparation and I not only read every document, watch every video, but keep my files organized and up to date to make sure I am ready for the case when it is called. I believe in being on time to court, and trying to get my clients cases called as quickly as possible to save them time and money in waiting around for cases to be called.

Every case is unique, even when a case has the same charges, or multiple defendants, each person has a unique part of that case. I listen carefully to every client and I never view a question as something I have already answered, but listen carefully and not only answer the questions, but look to make sure I understand why the client is asking the question, so I can anticipate their needs.
