DRIVER LICENSE SUSPENSION HEARINGS – if you receive a Notice of Suspension from the Texas Department of Public Safety seeking to suspend your driver license, we may be able to appear in court and help you avoid a suspension of your driving privileges;

If your Texas driver license has already been suspended give us a call and our firm can help you understand the complexities of Texas laws as they relate to your driving privileges and help you set up a plan to efficiently restore your driving privileges;

OCCUPATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE – if your driver license has been suspended due to DWI, DWLS, DWLI, surcharges resulting from too many points on your driving record or OMNI fees, we may be able to help you obtain an Occupational License, and get you back on the road again;

TRAFFIC TICKET WARRANTS – if your traffic ticket is past due and in warrant status we can still help by posting a bond, lifting your traffic warrant, and still represent you in court!
