Dr. Arturo Corso

Arturo Corso is the founder of The Corso Law Center with offices in Atlanta and Gainesville. He is also the founder of The International Law Center in Washington, D.C. His focus is criminal law with an international focus, serving clients in Georgia, Washington, New York, Mexico, and South America whether State or Federal prosecution. He also defends those targeted by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (O.F.A.C.). Focusing his practice primarily on criminal defense matters, he provides representation to clients who have been charged with all manner of felonies, misdemeanors, and other matters. Mr. Corso also handles ICE detention and other immigration matters as needed.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Emory University in 1992, Mr. Corso went on to attend Georgia State University College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1996. After spending a year with Greater Boston Legal Services, he served as an assistant district attorney with the Office of District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit before going into private practice in 2001.

Mr. Corso’s legal ability and ethical approach are well-recognized by his fellow attorneys, as evidenced by his 10.0 “Superb” peer-review rating through Avvo and his AV* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Corso is fluent in Spanish and English, allowing him to better help his clients. He is an active participant in a variety of professional organizations, including the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The E. Wycliffe Orr Sr. American Inn of Court, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
