Erin M. Hargis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College and earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. While in law school, she actively participated in the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Advocacy Division, and served as the Vice President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America chapter at the school.
Post-graduation, Ms. Hargis began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s office. In this role, she handled a diverse caseload encompassing both felony and misdemeanor cases, demonstrating her prowess by successfully trying numerous cases on behalf of Brooklyn residents. In 2008, she transitioned to a reputable Manhattan firm, specializing in handling intricate medical malpractice cases.
In 2011, Ms. Hargis became an associate at Rosenberg & Gluck, quickly ascending to the position of partner in 2015. Leveraging her extensive background, she effectively advocates for victims of negligence and malpractice. Ms. Hargis oversees all facets of personal injury cases, from their initial stages to trial.
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2004, New York in 2005, and the District of Columbia in 2016, Ms. Hargis also holds admission to Federal Courts in both the Eastern and Southern Districts.
