Grace Hyun

Grace Hyun specializes in the areas of civil litigation and has extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses in legal matters involving employment law, personal injury, premises liability, construction, products liability, and complex litigation matters. Ms. Hyun is a zealous advocate for her clients and regularly appears in state and federal courts helping her clients achieve successful results. Ms. Hyun represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated or are experiencing discrimination or sexual harassment at work. In addition, she represents employees and class of employees in matters involving violations of the FLSA and wage laws.

Ms. Hyun practices in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the Emre Polat Employment Attorneys, she specialized in insurance coverage evaluation and litigated high exposure medical malpractice claims primarily on behalf of large New York City private and public hospitals, physicians and nurses. She has successfully litigated numerous matters on behalf of major hospitals and public entities in New York City and has also represented public and private businesses in employment and civil rights matters under Title VII and FLSA. She regularly provides advice to businesses on compliance with state and federal regulations regarding employment disputes and other regulatory matters. She has experience in mediation, arbitration, appellate motion practice and trials.
