I keep my caseload small so I can take better care of my clients. I only practice criminal defense and personal injury. I have a passion for sticking up for the little guy – the accused and the injured victim. You won’t see me on billboards or the backs of buses. You will see me trying cases at the courthouse, on CBS 48 hours or arguing successfully before the Florida Supreme Court. My business comes from word of mouth. Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Personal injury cases are on a contingency fee basis. That means you don’t have to cough up any money to hire me on an injury case if we agree to work together. I just take a percentage of whatever I recover for you. Criminal cases are different. I charge a flat, non-refundable fee with criminal cases.
