Haley received her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center in Central Islip. Haley attended SUNY Stony Brook, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center in Central Islip, graduating with honors. She is currently admitted to the New York State Bar.
Haley was appointed and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County. There, she assessed, investigated, and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. She conducted evidentiary hearings and spent innumerable hours in the courtroom. She was placed in the domestic violence unit, where she obtained specialized training in the assessment of domestic violence and sex crimes cases. She was also assigned to the sex trafficking part, where she gauged unlicensed practice and prostitution cases. Most notably, Haley received comprehensive training in the 2020 Bail Reform Act and the latest article 245 discovery laws, which gives her the upper hand in preserving the rights of her clients.
