My practice deals exclusively with criminal law and the penal system. I make it a priority to not take on any cases not involved with the penal system. This means I do not take on car accidents, trust, probate cases or bankruptcy. The body of law should be respected and no area should be taken lightly. I make every effort to return phone calls and give my clients my cell phone number. Results are very important in our line of work. However, it is equally important that the attorney is responsive and return phone calls. Results are important however, keep people well informed is just as important. I believe every case is important to my client. It’s important that the constitution is protected. There are many times out there where a person will go thru the system and no know their rights. It is my job to hold the prosecution to their burden of proof. In addition to this it is also my job to give good advice to my clients. I will never dictate or tell my client what to do, but can only advise them of their options. At the end of the day, the decision to go to trial is always on my client.
