James Cortney “Cort” Sikes

I am a trial attorney and Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator based in Knoxville, Tennessee. I represent clients in counties throughout East Tennessee and the Mid-State. I focus my practice on helping clients pursue their Social Security disability benefits, serious personal bodily injury cases (including car, motorcycle, truck, and premises liability), all areas of family law (child support cases, child custody, divorce cases, visitation cases, and family law mediation) bankruptcy, estate planning and probate, and criminal defense.
