Jason Ott

My name is Jason A. Ott. I’m a DUI and Criminal Attorney with Suhre & Associates, LLC.

I live in Chicago and enjoy playing golf, tennis, and working out. I have a boston terrier that rules the roost.

In 2006, I became a cum laude graduate of St. Bonaventure University where I achieved my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2009, I received my Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University.

During law school, I obtained much of my experience in criminal defense by working with a high volume public defender’s office. I brought my desire to serve others into the private arena, allowing me to provide the personalized service needed for the clients I serve.

While my main focus is DUI defense, I am experienced in consumer bankruptcy, collections law, contract litigation, creditor’s rights litigation, divorce, and arbitration. I am very comfortable and capable at representing my clients in the courtroom.

My proficiency in criminal law and procedure enables me to aggressively represent my clients in court.

I can navigate the legal system to serve your best interests very well. From the moment our attorney-client relation begins, I will protect your legal rights to the best of my abilities.

Being a Chicago resident myself, I am very driven to address each of my client’s goals individually and with diligence after they have been arrested.

Currently, I am licensed to practice law in in Illinois and before the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
