- Attorney Jennifer Le was offered a senior law clerk position at the Office of the District Attorney immediately following graduation from law school. Attorney Jennifer Le passed the State Bar exam on her first try and was offered a position immediately as a Deputy District Attorney. As a prosecutor, she handled thousands of cases, including misdemeanors and felonies. She took care of cases from the filing stage in court to jury trials. She also handled motions, preliminary hearings, training with law enforcement and outreach programs with the community. Having this solid foundation at the beginning of her legal career propelled Attorney Jennifer Le into the honorable field of criminal defense. Using her knowledge, experience, and skills as a prosecutor helped her immensely to defend her clients vigorously. Having already established relationships with the bench and the bar made the transition seamless.
