Illinois DUI Defense and Drivers License Reinstatement Hearings.
For two decades, Jennifer Wirth has maintained private practice that focuses exclusively on DUI defense through representing revoked drivers Illinois Secretary of State hearings. Her office handles Illinois drivers license revocations throughout Illinois, as well as on a national basis when out-of-state drivers have a hold on their driving privileges from Illinois.
Wirth has represented over a thousand revoked drivers at Illinois Secretary of State hearings and maintains an impressive win record. Over 95 percent of her clients obtain some form of driving privileges at their first hearing with her office.
Wirth believes these hearings should be a positive, collaborative effort where she works directly with each client to ensure they are prepared and comfortable at their hearing. She is involved in all stages of the process, from filing for the hearing, obtaining records and reviewing the material with each client in advance of the hearing. Wirth has several meetings with her clients during the representation to ensure they are confident when testifying before the Secretary of State.
Wirth believes that every client deserves to be treated with respect, kindness and have their questions answered in a timely manner. All clients receive a response on the same business day and they can easily reach her via text, email or telephone. Wirth’s exceptional client response has earned her many client satisfaction awards, including Avvo’s Client Choice Award from 2015-2021 as well as the Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Award.
