Jenny Lynn Doling

Jenny L. Doling is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist and is the founding member of J. DOLING LAW, PC, a bankruptcy and insolvency firm serving Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada, with its main office in Palm Desert, California. Ms. Doling represents trustees, creditors and debtors in chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy matters. In addition, she will be representing clients under the new SBRA – Small Business Reorganization Act (aka Sub Chapter 5) which takes effect February 2020. Ms. Doling is a serious advocate for her clients.

She is an active member of the bankruptcy bar. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) www.nacba.org. She speaks nationally on Consumer Bankruptcy issues for NACBA, NACTT, NCBJ, and ABI. She is the Recent Past-President of the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum and also serves on the Central District of California Bankruptcy Bar Advisory Committee to the Judges. In addition, she is an ABI Chapter 13 Sub-Committee member for the ABI Commission to Congress on Consumer Bankruptcy issues.

Ms. Doling is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California and Nevada. She is admitted to practice before the United States Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals. In 2013, she was honored with the National Distinguished Services Award by NACBA. In 2016, she received the Hammes-Shulman Legislative Advocacy Award for her work on SB308 to change the California homestead exemptions. Ms. Doling is the professor of Bankruptcy Law at the California Desert Trial Academy.
