Jeremy Flachs is the owner and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Jeremy Flachs. Jeremy is a 1975 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 1978 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law. Jeremy Flachs has also acted as lead counsel on appeals to the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Settlements in 2019 and 2020 include vehicle crashes involving brain injury ($400,000.00 and $700,000.00) and wrongful death of a college student ($1,850,000.00). Each case was litigated prior to reaching the settlement.

In addition to Jeremy Flachs, the law firm includes Justin Lerche, a 2012 graduate of George Mason Law School. The firm also employs legal assistants.

The main office is located in Alexandria Virginia, conveniently accessed by several major thoroughfares. An office is also maintained in the District of Columbia.
