John M. Kenney, a seasoned attorney, has been practicing law in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1983. With extensive experience in various legal areas, including criminal defense, bankruptcy, personal injury, and family law, he offers comprehensive legal representation to his clients.

A native of Bucks County, Mr. Kenney is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. After starting his career at a medium-sized general practice law firm in New Jersey, he returned to Pennsylvania to establish his own client-focused practice. By offering services across several connected legal domains, Mr. Kenney ensures that his clients’ interests are fully protected. He not only resolves current legal issues but also helps clients anticipate and mitigate potential future problems.

1 Questions Answered
Q. My ex wants to give me the house. Transfer deed only adds me . Can we use a quit claim deed ?
June 22, 2024
A: Absolutely. A quitclaim deed offers no warranties of title somewhat like you get what I have. Since the home is subject to the existing mortgage a quit claim is totally appropriate. .
