Jonathan Alexander Webb

Jonathan has broad experience representing clients in civil litigation, criminal litigation, and administrative proceedings. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts, including matters before the United States District Court of Maryland, the Maryland Appellate Court, the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, District and Circuit Courts across Maryland, the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings, and the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.

Jonathan leverages his experience to ensure positive outcomes for his clients both in and out of the courtroom—allowing him to remain laser-focused on their needs even when they operate in a new and developing industry.

Prior to joining Kinner & McGowan, PLLC, Jonathan maintained a general litigation practice at Ethridge, Quinn, Kemp, Rowan & Hartinger; worked as an assistant public defender in Montgomery County, Maryland; and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gregory E. Jackson (ret.) in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. At every stage of his career, Jonathan has been recognized for his ability to navigate complex legal matters and effectively advocate for his clients.

Jonathan’s tireless pursuit of his client’s best interests has led to his designation as a “Bar Leader” for the Bar Foundation of Montgomery County, Maryland, and has earned him a prestigious position on the Maryland State Bar Association Judicial Appointments Committee. Jonathan also serves on the Executive Committee of the largest bar association in Maryland: the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland.

Jonathan grew up in Oakland, California, but moved to the D.C. Metro area to attend Howard University, where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a Finance concentration. He would go on to earn his law degree from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
