Joseph J. Russo

The managing partner at Granite Law Group. Joseph Russo focuses his practice exclusively on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. His main office is located in Nashua, New Hampshire, and he provides representation to clients throughout the state.

Some of his representative results have include: $5.5 million for a pedestrian who was hit by a truck, $1.8 million wrongful death case, $1.7 million medical malpractice surgical error case, $1.03 million motor vehicle collision, $800,000 medical malpractice wrongful death case, $500,000 products liability case, $475,000 medical malpractice misdiagnosis case, and a $400,000 medical malpractice emergency room collapse verdict.

Mr. Russo’s successful track record has not gone unnoticed by his fellow attorneys, and they have named him to the New England “Super Lawyers” 2017-2023.
