Mr. Yampolsky is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available to any attorney. Mr. Yampolsky graduated from Boston University in 1976 and the University of San Diego School of Law in 1980. He was admitted to California State Bar in 1981, admitted to Massachusetts State Bar in 1982 (currently inactive), admitted to Nevada State Bar in 1984, admitted to Colorado State Bar in 1994, and admitted to Washington D.C. State Bar in 1999.
