- Mr. Grano is a military veteran, having served as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer with the New Mexico Army National Guard. Other experience includes, serving as a State Prosecutor in New Mexico and as a criminal defense attorney practicing throughout New Mexico. Mr. Grano has a wealth of trial experience. He has prosecuted and defended cases of Homicide, Drug Trafficking, DWI/DUI, Domestic Violence, Robbery , Fraud, Illegal Entry, Rape as well as traffic offenses. In addition, he has experience serving in general counsel to governmental entities and educational institutions.
