McCarthy Hawkins, as a Senior Investigative Assistant District Attorney, investigated and prosecuted hundreds of felonies and misdemeanors including murders, attempted murder, assaults, gang assaults, robberies, burglaries, weapons sale and possession, and drug sales and possession cases in New York State Supreme Court and New York City Criminal Court. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2015 after nine years of service, McCarthy Hawkins established The Law Office of McCarthy A.
