At the consultation, the fee structure will be explained & we will gather information about your case to determine whether we can help.
Credit Cards Accepted
Credit cards are accepted for tax controversy cases. There are no upfront fees for disability cases.
Contingent Fees
For social security disability cases, we charge a conti gency fre of 25% of your back benefits. The fee agreement is regulated by the government. For tax controversy cases, I charge a flat fee.
