Attorney Floro’s practice is concentrated in the area of civil litigation. He has represented injured individuals in cases involving a wide variety of factual and legal issues, such auto accidents, dog bites, defective products, violations of civil rights, and other “personal injury” actions. The practice is also devoted to representing small construction and manufacturing businesses in contractual disputes and “damage” recovery actions.
Attorney Floro also assists property owners with private sales, mineral (timber, coal, oil and gas) rights and development. He has a Master in Sciences in Environmental Sciences and Management, and has represented a number of property and business owners in permitting and compliance issues, including costs recovery actions for fuel spill clean-ups. Attorney Floro has acted as special counsel for a number of Bankruptcy trustees, in handling underlying tort actions involving debtors/creditors.
