- Biography
R. Michael Shickich has 30 years’ experience as a trial lawyer and is a fourth generation Wyoming resident. In 2002, he opened an exclusively personal injury practice, the Law Offices of R. Michael Shickich, LLC d/b/a the Injury Law Firm®. Cases include auto and trucking accidents, oil well fires and injuries, and medical device product liability cases. Prior to returning to Casper, he was a shareholder with Santa Fe’s oldest and largest law firm, Montgomery & Andrews, P.A.. Michael began his legal career in Denver as an associate with the now national firm Holme, Roberts & Owen, LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. Michael has achieved the highest rating of “Very High to Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been selected to the Mountain States Super Lawyers list for 2013-today, and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is a 2009 graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, and has been an invited faculty member since 2010.

We have also traveled to locations around the state of Wyoming to meet with our clients who are unable to travel to Casper. There is never a charge for consultations, even if we travel to where you are, or meet you after office hours. We are here to help you. -
Contingent Fees
For personal injury cases, if there is no recovery, we do not charge an attorney fee. However, case costs are billed separately and accrue regardless of case outcome.
