Scott received his Bachelor of Laws with Honours, from the University of Warwick, UK in 1988. He obtained his Association of Taxation Technicians Examination, UK in 1990. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, and British-American Business, Inc.
