Regina has been a partner at Owens, McCrea & Linscott (formerly Owens & Crandall) since 2012. Her practice is 100% devoted to litigation with particular emphasis on helping clients pursue insurance claims. Regina is active in the First District Bar Association, Idaho Women Lawyers, Coeur d’Alene Women in Business, and the Idaho Trial Lawyer’s Association. She has served on the board of the ITLA since 2013 as a co-chair of publications.
