- Biography
Mr. Campbell’s practice involves representing clients in litigation matters involving personal injury and wrongful death. He spends the majority of his professional time representing clients and families of those who have been victims of tractor-trailer and other commercial motor vehicle collisions. Mr. Campbell is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. He has attended The Legacy Corporation International tractor-trailer training and instruction for legal professionals and holds a West Virginia Class A CDL.
Mr. Campbell also represents clients and their families in the aftermath of catastrophic injuries or death resulting from: automobile and motorcycle collisions, defective/dangerous premises, construction, factory/plant, mining and other work related incidents.
