Robert McMillin

Robert McMillin is a Criminal/DWI defense and Personal Injury attorney who focuses his career on providing the best representation and most aggressive defense for his clients. He defends individuals who have been accused of DWI/DUI first offense to multiple offense DWI/DUI as well as representing those incurring personal injury from auto accidents, faulty premises, negligence and more. Before going to college, Mr. McMillin served in the United States Marine Corps, including Operation Desert Storm. He then graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School, which he attended on a merit based scholarship.

As a Criminal Defense/DWI lawyer, Robert McMillin has trained extensively in areas related to DWI case law, including laboratory training in Forensic Gas Chromatography, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
