Curnutte Law

Experienced trial attorney who has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout W.Va., and pursued appeals in the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Appeals. Focused primarily upon representation of plaintiffs, but business litigation is another area of concentration.

Recent cases:

Currently engaged in 40 cases on behalf of people defrauded by a dealership which did not payoff liens against consumers’ trade-in’s.

Currently engaged in the second round of 26 cases on behalf of people defrauded by a different dealership involving similar facts.

In 2007, represented 21 former employees throughout W.Va. of a big-box retailer who asserted they were victims of age discrimination.

In 2006, represented the family of a miner killed in a roof fall in an underground coal mine.

In 2005, represented the family of a miner killed in a roof fall in an underground coal mine.
