- My practice focuses on commercial litigation and the representation of creditors in commercial and private banking loan workouts, collection, and lender liability matters. I also have extensive experience representing clients in transportation, construction and general business litigation.
As an experienced criminal litigator, I also represent clients in all manner of criminal and juvenile court proceedings.

I devoted the other 50% of my practice to all types of civil litigation from landlord/tenant actions to commercial corporate disputes.
