Timothy Devereux

When The Stakes Are The Highest

Attorney Timothy Devereux has more than 30 years of legal experience under his belt, and he focuses his practice on personal injury cases. Although he takes a wide variety of cases, he centers primarily on motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and product liability. Attorney Devereux has taken cases throughout the United States, including Indiana, Illinois, Texas, Colorado, the U.S. Supreme Court, along with the 7th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals.

During his time in practice, Attorney Devereux has served on the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, served as a Vice President for the Indianapolis Bar Association in 2019, and was named as a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation in 2015.

Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the ITLA’s Legislative Working Group. Attorney Devereux’s work is nationally published and he frequently speaks at seminars hosted by the National Business Institute.
