Veronica (“Roni”) Bryant

I have been practicing in Fort Smith since 2012 and began my career here working as a prosecutor for Sebastian County where I gained invaluable courtroom experience. I was soon recruited in to private practice where I had the opportunity to work with some very talented and seasoned attorneys from whom I gained a great deal of experience. In 2018, my husband, Trae, (who is also an attorney) and I decided to go into private practice together and formed Bryant Law Partners.

My practice areas include divorce, family law, child custody, adoption, guardianships, criminal defense, estate planning and general litigation.

As attorneys, we often step in the picture during a very difficult time in a persons life. It’s often chaos or sadness or you’re dealing with bullying from your spouse. You may hear from some attorneys that their approach is to be a “bulldog” or a one track approach focused solely on the fight. Unfortunately, I’ve seen that approach harm the client and the outcome of their case so many times. Instead, my focus is on my client and how we can alleviate your stress and make your situation better from day one. I am focused on results driven solutions – whether that be through settlement, mediation or through aggressive representation at trial. I thoroughly enjoy being in the courtroom (it’s where I love to be most!) and am prepared to go fight for my client in court—but only if that is what my client wants and that’s what is in their best interest.

I pride myself on being meticulously thorough and aggressive in my approach to preparing my cases, leaving no stone unturned. I have seen the value in preparation and attention to detail pay off time and time again in the courtroom against other lawyers who are less prepared.
